My stay at this hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and spoke some English which made things easier for me. The room I stayed in was spacious compared to other hotels in the area. It had a traditional Japanese bathroom which was really lovely. Moreover, the hotel was situated in a quiet, residential area which made for a peaceful stay. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room clean and tidy.
Everything was spot on.

The room was spacious and had plenty of amenities, including a fun bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The location was convenient, with easy access to train stations and nearby restaurants and convenience stores. The rates were quite good given the large room and amenities, making this hotel a good value for the price.
There was a lack of English translation on hotel policies and the receptionists spoke little English, which made communication difficult. The lack of dresser in the room was a drawback and the bed was quite firm, potentially uncomfortable for some guests.

The staff were some of the kindest and most helpful people we've ever met. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to help us with any questions we had. the location of the hotel was great, it was just a short walk from the train station which made it really easy to get around. We also loved that the hotel had free coffee and tea available all day.
The bed was a bit too firm for our liking, but we still managed to get a good night's sleep. the room was also quite small, but again, this seems to be the standard for hotels in the area.
